Many of you have asked what music I like to workout to. Truthfully, my music playlist changes based on the workout I’m doing. Music I listen to during a run on the beach is different from a weight-lifting gym workout, which is different from a cardio workout. I find the most important playlist for me is a good cardio workout playlist, because I find these workouts to be the least mentally stimulating for me.
